To our loyal customers, friends, and visitors to Concan—

After a lot of thought, we’ve made a big business decision we want to share with y’all:

🎟️ Starting this weekend, our restaurant will no longer be open for traditional sit-down dining.

We’ll no longer operate regular dinner service on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 5–9pm.

Now before the rumor mill gets spinning—House Pasture is NOT going out of business.

In fact, the opposite is true—we’re doing what’s best to grow and strengthen what we do best.

Over the years, our business has naturally evolved. With the growing popularity of our concerts and events, we’ve decided it’s time to streamline operations and focus on what truly sets House Pasture apart. Our focus going forward is simple:

🎟️ Live concerts. Cold drinks. Good times.

That’s what House Pasture is known for, and that’s where we THRIVE. Our concerts and bars continue to bring in incredible crowds and unforgettable nights.
So, here’s what’s changing (and what’s not):

✅ Concerts & full bar service remain just like always – Friday and Saturday nights are still on!

✅ NEW “After Hours” Menu on concert nights (8pm–11pm) – A fast food-style setup available inside the bar with quick bites served in to-go packaging you can take outside to enjoy during the show.

✅ Pop-Up Events - Stay tuned for occasional fun add-ons to your weekend plans—like shrimp or crawfish boils, washer tournaments, Sunset Soundcheck (featuring locals or guests hopping on stage to sing or jam). We may also throw in a line dancing night, Bar Olympics, or themed happy hours. No cover charge—just cold drinks, good vibes, and simple eats from the bar menu.

✅ On-Site Catering for Groups – Hosting a family reunion, business retreat, wedding reception, or large gathering? We will continue to offer our custom catering packages at House Pasture, complete with tailored menus and even acoustic entertainment to enhance your experience.

✅ “Catering on the Fly” (Coming Soon) – We’re launching a new pickup-style catering option designed for large groups vacationing in Concan. Think hot, ready-to-serve meals like beef & chicken fajita packs with all the fixings, feeding 20+ guests—perfect for taking back to your lodge. No cooking, no cleanup… just more time for family, fun, and Frio River memories.

✅ Friday Night Bar Vibes (When No Concert is Scheduled) – On Friday nights when we’re not hosting a concert, the inside House Pasture Bar will still be open for our faithful locals and visitors who just want to relax and hang out. We’ll be offering a bar bites menu and live acoustic sets from our favorite local artist, Condie.
